Our Story
Green Value Enterprises was founded in Delhi with a single purpose: to bring professionalism and accountability to the commercial dismantling and asset recovery industry.
Over more than a decade, we have grown from a small local operation into a pan-India service provider, trusted by some of India's largest corporations, real estate developers, and industrial groups.
Our work spans office interiors, factory floors, data centres, hospitals, and commercial buildings — anywhere assets need to be recovered, spaces need to be cleared, or structures need to be stripped back to shell.

Site Assessment & Hazard Identification
Before any work begins, our team conducts a thorough site assessment to identify hazards, plan safe access routes, and determine the correct sequence of dismantling.
PPE & Equipment Standards
All personnel on site wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Tools and equipment are inspected before use and maintained to operational standards.
Structured Work Sequences
Dismantling follows a planned sequence — top-down, section by section — to prevent uncontrolled collapse, falling debris, or damage to adjacent structures.
Electrical & Utility Isolation
All electrical, plumbing, and utility connections are isolated and verified safe before any removal work begins. We coordinate with building management and utility providers as required.
Debris Management
Waste and debris are managed systematically — segregated by material type, contained to the work zone, and removed in a controlled manner to keep the site clean and safe.
